Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research was, 1 To study the effectiveness of public relations tools of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration Rajabhat Mahasarakham University. 2 To propose guidelines for developing the use of public relations tools of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration Rajabhat Mahasarakham University. For the scope of population and the sample used in the research is Accidential sampling. The random sampling was done in the 9th-15th floor of the Chalerm Phrakiat 72 Building (Building 15) is the undergraduate student population within the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration Rajabhat Mahasarakham University, total 848 studets. (Data for the academic year 2020 from the Office of Academic Promotion and Registration Rajabhat MahaSarakham University) Therefore, the sample size 272 students was calculated by Taro Yamane Formula. The tool used is questionnaire about the effectiveness of the public relations tools for the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration Mahasarakham Rajabhat University about print media, personal media, audio-visual media and modern media. The researcher collected the data by himself. Data were analyzed using statistics, mean, standard deviation and The hypothesis was tested with t-test dependent samples. The results showed that, 1 The effectiveness of the public relations tools for the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration Rajabhat Mahasarakham University Students are able to open their perceptions at a moderate level and of moderate value by students from different backgrounds. There was no difference in the perception of the news and students from different backgrounds have opinions on the value of public relations medias are not different. 2 Development guidelines for the use of public relations tools of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration Rajabhat Mahasarakham University, including technology access to media content management, policy, budget, and format
