Abstract

The objectives To study and compared the opinions of teachers and personnel regarding the management of learning resources in educational institutions. Under the Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Classified by gender , educational level and school size Population are school personnel under the Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample size was 327.  Instrument used in the research as a questionnaire. It looks like a 5-level estimation scale. It has a reliability level was 0.75. The basic statistics used to analyze data information such as frequency, percentage, mean , standard deviation and statistics. used to test the hypothesis are t-test and F -test.

  1. Conditions of management of learning resources in educational institutions Under the Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that Conditions of management of learning resources in educational institutions at a high level in all aspects By sorting the mean from highest to lowest, i.e. building knowledge set clear policies encourage people to participate planning at the local level And the least is the central support agency.

Conditions of management of learning resources in educational institutions Under the Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by gender , overall and in each aspect, except for the promotion of people's participation. And public entities supporting a different one , with a statistically significant level . 05.
