Abstract

A study have a purpose To study and compare the opinions of personnel regarding the management of the learning promotion network of schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office. according to the needs of personnel Classified by status, service life and educational level The population used in this research was personnel in the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office  Academic year 2020 ,amounted to 2,995 person sample of 341 people in the total population, compared with a sizing sample and using a technique of stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire with  0.92 reliability. The basic statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the statistic used for hypothesis testing were  t-test and F- test.

When considering each aspect, it was found that at a high level in all aspects The averages were sorted from greatest to least; the learning network formation stage. Each aspect differs in the process of using the learning network. and the process of maintaining the learning network
