The study aimed to study and compare the opinion level of personnel towards the management of activities to promote learning development of learners in the 4.0 era in schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office. Classified by status, work experience and school size. The sample size was 329 people. Research instrument is a questionnaire with 5-level estimation scale and 0.81 reliability. Data analysis by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Scheffe method.

- Opinions of personnel regarding the management of activities to promote learning development of learners in the 4.0 era in schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office. Overall, it's at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was at a high level in all items.
