Abstract

This research aimed to study and compare the opinions of personnel towards the basic factors of educational management of schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office, classified by age, position and work experience. Affiliated personnel Office of the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area, Academic Year 2020 by comparing the total population with the sample size table of Krejcie and Morgan and using Stratified Random Sampling to obtain a sample of 329 people. used in research as a questionnaire It  a 5-level estimation scale, reliability is 0.82. The basic statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the statistics used for hypothesis testing were  t-test, F- test and Scheffe's method.

              research results

  1. Opinions of personnel regarding basic factors in educational management of schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office Overall, it's at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that comment level at a high level in every item
  2. The personnel of the fundamentals of management education schools under the Primary Education Service Area Office Marshes check stately BY positions. Overall, there was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level and each aspect was different in management.
  3. Opinions of personnel regarding basic factors in educational management of schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office Classified by school sizeoverall different and curricula and teaching and learning systems; learners; infrastructure for teaching and learning. and management aspects were significantly different at the .05 level.
  4. Opinions of personnel regarding basic factors in educational management of schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office Classified by work experience Overall different and each aspect was different in terms of learners. Infrastructure for teaching and learning and management statistically significant at the .05 level
