The Study have a purpose to study and compare opinions on cooperative leadership of school administrators under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office. classified by status work experience and school size . The sample of 346 people from a total population compared with a sizing sample of the krejcie and Morgan table. Research tools as a questionnaire , 5-level estimation scale and the reliability is 0.84. The basic statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing statistics. t-test, F -test and multiple's comparison test Scheffe test's Method.

When considering each aspect, it was found that Cooperative leadership of school administrators At a high level in every item The averages were arranged in descending order, i.e. the ability to motivate.
