Abstract

The Study have a purpose to study and compare opinions on cooperative leadership of school administrators under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office. classified by status work experience and school size . The sample of 346 people from a total population compared with a sizing sample of the krejcie and Morgan table. Research tools as a questionnaire , 5-level estimation scale and the reliability is 0.84. The basic statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing statistics.  t-test,  F -test and multiple's comparison test Scheffe test's Method.

  1. Opinions of personnel towards cooperative leadership of school administrators under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office Overall, it's at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that Cooperative leadership of school administrators At a high level in every item The averages were arranged in descending order, i.e. the ability to motivate. Ability to control, supervise and assign tasks analytical thinking ability The ability to set a vision

Opinions of personnel towards cooperative leadership of school administrators under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office Classified by work experience overall different And each aspect differs in the ability to set a vision. The ability to motivate and the ability to control, supervise and assign tasks statistically significant at the .05 level
