Learning Leadership of School Administrators Under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

          This research aimed to study and compare the reviews on Leadership Learning of School Administrators under the Office of Education of the reclamation of Alkmaar. Classified by position, school size and work experience Personnel of schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office, Academic Year 2020, the sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan tables and obtained by Stratified Random Sampling,  329 people. Research  tools as a questionnaire It was in the form of a 5-level estimation scale, asking about the learning leadership of the school administrators under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office and reliability is 0.85 . Classified by position, school size and work experience The basic statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the statistics used for hypothesis testing were  t-test , f-test, and the paired mean test by the mulitple comparison procedure (Scheffe 'method).
