Abstract

          A study have a purpose to study and compare the level of opinions towards The self-discipline development activities management of schools under the Surin Secondary Education Service Area Office. Classified by gender, level of teaching and work experience . The sample group used in this research was 351 personnel under the Surin Secondary Education Service Area Office, academic year 2020. Research tools as a questionnaire, it was characterized as a 5-level estimation scale, with IOC values ​​between 0.80 - 1.00, reliability ​​of 0.83. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test. , F-test and Scheffe's method.

Research results 1. The self-discipline development activities management of schools under the Surin Secondary Education Service Area Office Overall, it's at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that Management of self-discipline student development activities at a high level in all. The averages were arranged in descending order, the preparation of relevant personnel. Discipline development activities for students using extra-curricular activities Assessment, supervision and monitoring systematically and continuously Discipline development activities integrated with teaching and learning, respectively. 2. The opinions of personnel in The self-discipline development activities management of schools under the Surin Secondary Education Service Area Office.
