The role of school supplies management of school administrators under the Sisaket Yasothon Secondary Education Service Area Office.

Abstract

         This research aimed to study and compare the opinions of personnel towards to the role of school supplies management of school administrators under the Sisaket Yasothon Secondary Education Service Area Office. Classified by position, work experience and the size of the school The population is the personnel of schools under the Sisaket Yasothon Secondary Education Service Area Office., Academic Year 2020. The sample size was 353 people using Krejcie and Morgan tables and obtained by random stratification. research tools as a questionnaire with the characteristics of a 5-level estimation scale with the reliability of 0.83. The basic statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the statistics used for hypothesis testing were t-test , F-test and Scheffe's method. The results of the research were as follows : 1. The role of school supplies management of the administrators under the Sisaket Yasothon Secondary Education Service Area Office, found that overall, it was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that roles in school supplies management of educational institution administrators at a high level in all aspects The averages were sorted from highest to lowest, i.e. review side. follow-up in terms of budget allocation, respectively.  2. The opinions of personnel towards the role in school supplies management of school administrators under the Sisaket Yasothon Secondary Educational Service Area Office, classified by position, overall were not different. classified by work experience, overall and each aspect were not different. Classified by school size, overall and each aspect were significantly different at 0.05 level.
