Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to 1) study the current and the desirable state of developing for teacher in creative learning management 2) study the development guidelines for teacher in creative learning management for schools under the secondary service area office Mahasarakham. The research process was divided to 2 phases: Phase ; to study the current and the desirable state of developing for teacher in creative learning management. The sample group used in the research was 66 school administrators and 249 teachers. The research tool was a questionnaire, confidence of the whole .88. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation. Phase 2; to study the development guidelines for teacher in creative learning management for schools under the secondary service area office Mahasarakham. The target group is 9 experts. The research tool was interview form, Data analysis by content analysis.

          The research results were found that

  1. The current state in overall was high average and the desirable state in overall was in the highest level. The priority need rank from high to low level was 1) Promoting creative processes 2) Practice and through practical experience 3) Responds to the nature and needs of learners 4) Integration of knowledge 5) Inspiring and stimulating curiosity
  2. Development guidelines for teacher in creative learning management include 1 Training for teacher development in creative learning management Create a teacher development guide for creative learning management, include1) principal 2) objectives 3) process of development 4) Content and 5) measurement and evaluation
