SUPER LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND TEACHER’S QUALITY OF WORK LIFE UNDER THE OFFICE OF NONGBUALAMPHU PROVINCIAL PRIMARY EDUCATION

This research involves force majeure 1) to study investigate the canonical correlation between super the leadership of school administrators and teacher’s quality of work-life, 2) to figure out the canonical co-efficiencies of super leadership of school administrators and teacher’s quality of work-life under the office of Nongbualamphu provincial primary education. The sample group of this study were 335 teachers under the office of Nongbualamphu provincial primary education 2020. The sample size was determined using the ready-made tables of Crazy and Morgan and stratified random sampling. Research instruments are a 5-level questionnaire on super leadership and teacher’s quality of work-life estimation scale questionnaire with the classification value between .214 - .807 and the confidence of .981. Describe the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation Pearson correlation, and canonical correlation analysis.
The results of the research found that.
1.Canonical correlation between super leadership of school administrators and teacher’s quality of work-life to get the value of the canonical correlation two functions. Function 1, the canonical correlation is equal to .707 and function 2, the canonical correlation is equal to .315 at .01 level of significant
2. Canonical Weights, Function Coefficient between super leadership of school administrators and teacher’s quality of work-life affects each other in both sets as follows.
Function 1. The variables, which were well represented in the elite set of super leadership variables of school administrators were 3 variables whose significant weight affected the canonical variables, Executives foster a culture of their leaders. Executives facilitate their own leadership and Executives promote self-leadership by creating working teams. Canonical weights, Function Coefficient were -.448, -.299 and -.249 respectively, and 3 variables in the teacher quality of the work-life variable set. Which had the importance of weight value affecting the canonical variables, including Stability in the position of duty Reasonable and fair compensation, and a safe and hygienic environment Canonical weights, Function Coefficient was -.504, -. 278 and -.254 respectively.
Function 2 The variables, which were well represented in the elite set of super leadership variables of school administrators were 5 variables whose significance weight affected the canonical variables, Executives facilitate their leadership, Executives create positive thinking, Administrators foster a culture of their leaders, Executives behave as an example, for people to be able to lead themselves, and executives promote self-leadership by creating working teams. Canonical weights, Function Coefficient was. -1.468, .810, .646, .295 and -.253 respectively, and 4 variables in the teacher quality of work life variable set Which had the importance of weight value affecting the canonical variables, including Reasonable and fair compensation, Relationship of personnel in the organization, A safe and hygienic environment and stability in the position of duty. Canonical weights, Function The coefficient was .892, -.732, -.661 and -.612 respectively.
