The purposes of this research were to 1) study Instructional leadership of school administrators in Roi- Et Municipality 2) study the methods for developing the transformational leadership of school administrators. The research process was divided to 2 phases: Phase 1 to study Instructional leadership of school administrators in Roi- Et Municipality. The sample group used in the research was 136 school administrator and teachers. The instruments used in this research were the 5-level scale questionnaire with the power of discrimination 0.22 - 0.89 and confidence of the whole questionnaire .88 The statistics used for data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation. Phase 2 to study guideline Instructional leadership of school administrators in Roi- Et Municipality. The target group is 9 people. Tools for collecting interview information Data analysis by content analysis Is a structured equation. The research results were found that
- Instructional leadership of school administrators in Roi- Et Municipality in overall and in each aspect at a high level, by raking from maximum to minimum average following 1) Creating a conducive atmosphere and environment Learning 2) Curriculum and learning management 3) teacher development 4) Determination clear to vision mission and goals and 4) student quality development.
- guideline Instructional leadership of school administrators in Roi- Et Municipality include 1) focus on the differences and needs of the student2) reduction projects or activities into or integrate 3) supervising, monitoring and evaluating progress in the implementation of the vision. Mission and goals through participation 4) support teachers to conducting classroom research and 5) analyze the needs of parents, students, community and local communities to curriculum development.
