Abstract

          The aims of this exploration were to study and compare the level of opinions about the problems in learning management and administration according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of educational institutions under Roi-Et primary educational service area office 1. The sample was selected from the personnel of educational Institutions under Roi-Et primary educational service area office 1 for academic year 2020, consist of 23 directors and 315 teachers. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data was analyzed by package program computer.

The results of the study were as follows

  1. The opinions of personnel on the problems in learning management and administration according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of educational institutions under Roi-Et primary educational service area office 1, the overall was at a low level when considered individually, it was found that all of the opinions were at a low level by descending order of mean, such as curriculum and learning activities, learner development activities, educational Institutions management and personnel development of educational institution.

 2 The opinions of personnel on the problems in learning management and administration according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of educational institutions under Roi-Et primary educational service area office 1, classified by position, the overall was not different. But, it was different in educational institution management, curriculum and learning activities and learner development activities also.

  1. The opinions of personnel on the problems in learning management and administration according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of educational institutions under Roi-Et primary educational service area office 1, classified by work experience, the overall was not different. But, it was different in curriculum and learning activities and personnel development of educational institutions also.
  2. The opinions of personnel on the problems in learning management and administration according to the sufficiency economy philosophy of educational institutions under Roi-Et primary educational service area office 1, classified by school size, the overall was different. But, it was different in the educational institutions management and learner development activities.
