Tha KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS IN UDON THANI PROVINCE

Knowledge management in the state's unemployment seat is of great importance; knowledge management in probate and practice is imperative that a good knowledge management approach is highly entrusted to all levels of society and society. The knowledge management world has a common point between them: Using knowledge to develop the capabilities of the organization as much as possible. There is a process for recruiting knowledge in order to transfer and share properly and appropriately to personnel. And should provide activities to distribute knowledge from people throughout the organization Knowledge management and learning organization are principles for future development, both at the human level and as a whole as a whole. The overall picture of knowledge management is that the need for quality improvement of the organization. The purposes of this research were: 1) to study knowledge management and performance of local government organizations, 2) to study the relationship between knowledge management and performance, 3) to find ways to develop knowledge management in the management of performance. It is a quantitative research. The population included the administrators, municipal government officials, employees, sub-district administrative staff, The researcher selected by the parents with the top 5 performance procedures (LPA) group A (outstanding). The researcher randomized the sample probability purposive sampling. The population was diveded into 3 groups classified by processing results (LPA), the top five in each group, of Local Government Organizations, Udon Thani Province. Each group consisted of 15 Participants: altogether it was 45. The research instrument was a questionnaire and data were analyged for percentage, mean standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment Correlation Coefficient. The research results were as follows: 1) Knowledge management and performance of the local government organizations. found that knowledge management and performance of local government organizations. overall it was at the highest level. In descending order: creation and seeking knowledge, organizing knowledge into a system sharing and exchanging knowledge, knowledge access, processing and refining knowledge, learning, and indicating knowledge. 2) To examine the relationship between knowledge management and performance as a whole, it was related in a negative way. When considering each aspect, it was found that building knowledge and knowledge management, knowledge exchangeing and sharing, organizing knowledge into a system, knowledge access, learning, and indicating knowledge, had a negative relationship with the performance of the local government organizations in Udon Thani Province, at statistical significance 0.01 level. 3) Guidelines of development: the organizations should prepare a manual for the operation, organize training or join a training program to increase knowledge, create a data storage system by applying information technology into practice, create a system to search documents via computer, create knowledge for learning, adjust visions and perspectives of personnel to be active in learning to improve the organization in order to generate new knowledge.
