Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the current and the desirable state of school administrators characteristic in 4.0 era and 2) study the development guideline of school administrators characteristic in 4.0 era under the Office of Mahasarakham  Primary Education Service Area 3. The research procedures were divided into two phrases. The first stage was to study the current state of school administrators characteristic by working with 295 school administrators and teachers as a sample, by a stratified division. The research instrument was a 5 level criterions questionnaire with reliability of 0.94. The statistics used for data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation. The second stage was the studying of the development guideline of characteristics of school administrators characteristic in 4.0 era under the Office of Mahasarakham Primary Education Service Area 3 with 9 experts, using evaluate the suitability and feasibility

The results found that:

  1. The current state of school administrators characteristic in 4.0 era under the Office of Mahasarakham Primary Education Service Area 3 in overall was high average and the desirable state in overall was in the highest level. The priority need rank from high to low level was leadership, cooperation, vision and creative thinking respectively.
  2. The development guideline of school administrators characteristic in 4.0 era, Which is divided into 3 Unite, include cooperation vision and creative thinking respectively and Unite include 1) principal 2) instruction 3) objectives 4) process of development 5) Content and 6) measurement and evaluation, and the possibility and possibility of program in overall was in the highest level.
