Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to study level of opinion about service quality of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration Rajabhat MahaSarakham University. To compare of level of opinion about service quality and other suggesting. The sample consisted of 291 students of Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Mahasarakham Rajabhat University. The research instruments were a rating - scale questionnaire. The statistics used percentage, mean, frequency, standard deviation and Compared personal factor of gender and using statistic t- test and compared factors of age and position using statistic One – way ANOVA.

          The results of research were as follow: 1) The overall of opinion about service quality of the faculty in political science and public administration at a high level. 2) To compare of opinion about service quality classify by gender, age and academic year were not difference 3) The study also suggested : Should be a communicate channel for information service via Facebook and group line, should serve during lunch break, there should be enough staff to service, should be facilities such as sufficient modern computers and should be a clean property.
