Working Competencies of Personnel in the Kalasin Provincial Education Office

The objectives of this research were to study level the working competencies of personnel in the Kalasin provincial education office. To compare of the working competencies of personnel in the Kalasin provincial education office and other suggesting. The samples were 158 personnel in Kalasin Provincial Education Office and under the Educational Service Area Offices in all 4 districts, Sampling technique with Taro Yamane method. The research instruments were a rating - scale questionnaire. The statistics used percentage, mean, frequency, standard deviation and Compared gender and line of practice using statistic t- test and compared factors of operation group, education level and education level using statistic One – way ANOVA.
The results of research were as follow: 1) The overall of the working competencies of personnel in the Kalasin Provincial Education office was rated at a high level. 2) Compared of the working competencies of personnel and classify by gender, operation group, education level and education level were difference and significantly at 0.05 level. 3) The study also suggested: Should praise and reward who have outstanding work. Should support capital is researching new innovation. Should raise public service consciousness. Should adopt modern technology in the operation. Should organize relationship activities and support teamwork.
