Program Development Collaborative Leadership of Administrators under Mahasarakham Provincial Administration Organization

The purposes of this research were to 1) study current state of collaborative leadership of administrators under Mahasarakham Provincial Administration 2) develop program of collaborative leadership of administrators under Mahasarakham Provincial Administration. The research procedures were divided into two phrases. The first stage was to study current state of collaborative leadership of Administrators under Mahasarakham Provincial Administration by working with 338 samples ; administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire of collaborative leadership with 5 criterions with 0.87 in reliability and statistic used for data analysis was the mean, percentage and standard deviation. The second stage was the developing program of collaborative leadership of administrators under Mahasarakham Provincial Administration. Instrument was a questionnaire of the evaluation of the possibility of program and statistic used for data analysis was the mean, percentage and standard deviation.
The results found that:
- The result of studying current state of collaborative leadership of administrators under Mahasarakham Provincial Administration was in the high level overall and the desirable condition was in the highest level. The need in rank from low to high was the reliability, cooperation co-vision, good communication and good relationship respectively.
- The result of development program of collaborative leadership of administrators under Mahasarakham Provincial Administration consisted of 1) principals 2) purposes 3) content 4) activities 5) evaluation. The suitability and the possibility of program evaluation was in high level.
