Abstract

          This research aims to investigate the Effects of Strategic human resource management on organizational efficiency of higher education administrative institutions in Thailand. Questionnaires were used to gather data from 154 higher education institutions in Thailand. There are 70 administrators of higher education institutions in Thailand. Statistics used in this research were F-test (ANOVA and MANOVA), multiple correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results show that strategic human resource management, learning information system, human capital development, and achievement motive system have a positive relationship with and organizational efficiency as a whole goal accomplishment system resource internal process and operations and participant satisfaction. Therefore, higher education administrative should realize and apply technology in human resource management to create new learning and maintain the personnel that the organization wants to focus on the operations efficiently harmonize organization strategy able to modernize personnel and organization as well as develop the organization culture for innovation or change in the future.
