Abstract

The current world conditions are changing rapidly and there are various dimensions of problems in society, organizations and the public sector. Therefore, it is important and necessary to develop and upgrade the potential of the leaders of the organization that must have knowledge in the problems of providing welfare services for the people in the country. The study therefore analyzed the objectives were ; 1) to study the concepts of science policy analysis of government organizations (2) to present the potential of providing excellent welfare services for government organization leaders and (3) to provide recommendations on the potential of providing excellent welfare services for government organizations.
