Study Conditions and needs for One Stop Service of the Rajabhat University Library to promote the development of academic works

The objectives of this research were to study Conditions and needs for One Stop Service of the Rajabhat University library to promote the development of academic work. This research paper was development of One Stop Service Model of Rajabhat University Library for development of academic works promote. The sample group used in this research was 38 chief information officers of Rajabhat University's library and 377 lecturers of Rajabhat University. Data were collected by using online questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency distributions, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results revealed that most chief information officers were female, aged between 41-45 years and graduated master's degree and had 11-15 years of working experience. Conditions and needs for One Stop Service of the Rajabhat University library were at the moderate level by descending order as follows: a service provider, a location and an environment, information resources and information technology, services, and the least was management. The needs of One Stop Service of the Rajabhat University library of all chief information officers were at the highest level in all aspect by descending order as follows: information technology, services, a location and an environment, management and the least were a service provider. General information of the lecturers was mostly females aged 36-40 years and graduated master's degree level and most of them were professors with 6-10 years of working experience and still working on academic works which mostly were teaching documents followed by researches, textbooks, and the least was the teaching document relating the conditions of One Stop Service of the Rajabhat University libraries of the lecturers found that was at the moderate level in all aspect by descending order as follows: a service provider, information technology, a location and an environment and the least was management. The needs of One Stop Service of the Rajabhat University library of all lecturers were at the highest level in all aspect by descending order as follows: services, information technology, a location, and an environment, a service provider and the least were information resources.
