Abstract

Creativity is very important to everyone and society, therefore, teaching and
learning management must encourage students to be creative for opportunities that
lead to new innovations. One of Preparation of education management Thailand 4.0 is
the learning management for promoting the creative thinking as the educational
production towards the Educational Age Thailand 4.0. This paper was synthesized from
concepts and theories as a learning management model called “CREATIVES MODEL”, it
is divided for 3 process as following;
The first ; Preparation of teaching with activities of C=Cognition is to make
awareness and integrating with brain administration to prepare for learning.
The second; Learning management with 5 activities are; (1) R = Reflection :
reflection of ideas in response to stimuli for integration with teaching and learning, (2) E =
Elaborate To Create : together think carefully, (3) A = Assessment : performance evaluation
linked to the skills, creativity and innovation identified in the 21st
century skills, (4) T =
Thinking : linking ideas to create knowledge by themselves (Constructivism), and (5) I =
Innovation : the creation of new works as a production of educational images that are
consistent with Thailand Education 4.0.
The third ; measurement, evaluation, and application with 3 activities are; (1) V =
Value : evaluation of values and satisfaction, (2) E = Exhibition : evaluation of work
pieces by exhibiting exhibitions, and (3) S = Serve : Compensation and interaction with
society.
