Community Broadcasting is a non-profit public broadcasting venture according to
benefit the diverse needs of the community or local serviced which effecting
community strengthened based on community-owned and jointly operated with
Independence and freedom. Therefore, the community radio should be implemented
as following ; setting the organizational structure and management model, Defining the
community radio structure, setting the framework for the work of the community radio
committee, setting the regulation, putting the principles of community radio
management, determining what to consider in layout of list, split time to broadcast,
layout of the flow chart, procurement and financial management, principles of financial
management, human resources development, opening of channel for people in area
to participate in management of community radio, and evaluation of operations.
