Development of community-based learning management model to strengthen local professional skills of Students School of Educational Opportunity Expansion in Under Yasothon Educational Service Area Office
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to develop the learning management model using community-based enhancing the local professional skills of the students in Under
Yasothon Educational. The learning community by using it as a base to enhance the professional skills of students in local schools, expanding educational opportunities. Phase
1 : Current situation, problems and needs of community based learning management to enhance local professional skills of students. The information provided by the group.
The sample was the director of the school, the academic teacher, and the head of the vocational education and technology group. Basic school committee, community
leader, and local wisdom. Multi- stage sampling and sample random sampling were used collection. Phase 2 : Development of a community-based learning management
model. To enhance the local professional skills of students, the school expanded the educational opportunities. It is a form of learning management. Phase 3 : To study the
effect and use of community-based learning management model to enhance the local professional skills of students. The target audience is the director of the school, the
academic teacher, and the head of the vocational education and technology group. Purposive Sampling and selected areas of Purposive Area such as Ban Siri Pattana
community. And Baan Siri Pattana School Data collection is both quantitative and qualitative. The tools used to collect quantitative data are questionnaire, current
situation, and problem. The need for community based learning management. Qualitative data collection by in-depth interview. And participatory observation. The
results are as follows. 1) Current problems and needs by the community as a base for enhancing the local vocational skills of students. The researcher studied the document. Research and synthesis of related components found that the components of community-based learning management model were : (1) Community-based collaborative and related; (2)Community information study; Individual teaching (4) Curriculum development and learning plans (5) (6) Teaching and Evaluation The school's educational opportunities
include (1) social skills (2) work skills (3) analytical skills (4) problem solving skills (5) observation skills
2) The community-based learning management model is used to enhance the local professional skills of the students. The educational opportunities expansion
project consists of four stages : (1) planning (2) action (3) Observing (4) reflecting 3) The use and evaluation of community-based learning management model to
enhance the local professional skills of the students. Evaluation results for enhancing professional skills. The learning behaviors of learners using the community-based
learning management model. In addition, the learning achievement of the learners in the learning management model was higher than that of the normal learners.
