There are many transformational leader in Thailand, but the one who could be able to create remarkably effective management system is Dr. Thaksin Chinawat- the 23rd Prime Minister of Thailand who can use art of leadership under concept of Good Governance during Thai economic crisis which cause the phenomenon of Situational Leadership- dare to think and decide, his management approach was established as a result, Thai's economy was recovering quickly lead people were at certain level of well-being. However, Thaksinomics were dubbed by other political opponents as "Thaksin regime" and there is political debate "Populist policies".
