Announcement of the Journal for Developing the Social and Community Subject: Article Processing Charges (APCs)

To ensure the effective operation of the Journal for Developing the Social and Community and to maintain the standards of scholarly publishing, the Journal has established an Article Processing Charge (APC) policy for manuscripts that have successfully passed the peer review process and have been formally accepted for publication. The APC is used to support editorial management, manuscript processing, peer review administration, and publication services.

Article Processing Charges

1. For Authors Affiliated with the University

  • Thai-language articles: 3,500 THB per article

  • English-language articles: 4,000 THB per article

2. For Authors Outside the University

  • Thai-language articles: 4,000 THB per article

  • English-language articles: 4,500 THB per article

The Article Processing Charge (APC) is required only after a manuscript has successfully completed the peer review process and has been officially accepted for publication. No fees are charged at the submission stage or during the review process.

Payment Procedure

Upon receiving an official acceptance notification, authors are required to complete the payment of the publication fee via bank transfer to the university account specified below:

  • Bank Name: Krung Thai Bank

  • Branch: Sermthai Complex Branch

  • Account Number: 476-0-42091-6

  • Account Name: RMU Deposits and Insurance

Payment Guidelines

  1. Authors must contact the Journal Coordinator before making any payment to confirm the payment details and procedures.

  2. After completing the payment, authors are required to upload proof of payment through the journal system under the “Add Discussion” section for verification and record-keeping purposes.

  3. Authors must ensure that the payment is transferred only to the official university account specified above. The Journal shall not be responsible for any loss, error, or inconvenience resulting from payments made to accounts other than the official university account.
