Economic and social changes in the era of globalization, disruption as well as the entry of Industry 4.0 cause many changes in socioeconomics, business operations and work adaptation towards advanced technology environment that is rapidly dynamic, volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. This article aims to present knowledge and understanding about the management definition, risk responsiveness, adjustments of strategic implementation and case studies to understand how to adjust strategies to suit changing situations and to create the organization competitive advantage and sustainability.
