THE READINESS IN FINANCE ADMINISTRATION WITH THE OPERATION OF ELECTRONIC SYSTEM (e-LAAS) OF SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZATION IN PHETCHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

The objective of this study aimed to 1) study the readiness in finance administration with the operation of electronic system (e-LAAS) of sub – district administration organization in Phetchaburi province, and 2) compare the readiness in finance administration with the operation of electronic system (e-LAAS) of sub – district administration organization in Phetchaburi province by personal information. The population and sampling used in this study were of 400 civil servants, sub-district administrative organizations, permanent employees, employees hired according to the mission and general employees in sub-district administrative organizations in Phetchaburi Province. The convenience sampling method was to select the samples. The questionnaires were used as a research tool. The statistics used to analyze data include percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-Way ANOVA and independent sample t test.

The findings indicated that the overall average score level of the readiness in finance administration with the operation of electronic system (e-LAAS) of sub – district administration organization in Phetchaburi province is at a high level. When considering in each aspect, it was found that the budget has the highest average score, followed by reporting, planning, organization management, personnel management, coordination, and director, respectively. The hypotheses investigation revealed that difference in gender, age, work experience and positions has different effect on the readiness in finance administration with the operation of electronic system (e-LAAS) of sub – district administration organization in Phetchaburi province with statistical significance at 0.05.
