The Relation of Leadership and Lacal Development of Administration of NongchumpolNeau Sub-district Administrative Organization in KhaoYoiDistrict Phetchaburi Province

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of leadership and lacal development of Administration of NongchumpolNeau Sub-district Administrative Organization in KhaoYoiDistrict  Phetchaburi Province. 2) to compare the  people’s attitude towards the leadership on basis of personal factors and 3) to study the relation between the factors of leadership and Lacal development of Administration of NongchumpolNeau Sub-district Administrative Organization in KhaoYoi District Phetchaburi Province.The population were the people in NongchumpolNeau Sub-district Administrative Organization included 4,630.The sample size included 368people . Data were collected using 5-point rating scale questionnaire and checklist,and were statistically analyzed in descriptive statistics in percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics in t-test, F-test,  one way analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis.

          The findings revealed as follows.

1. Thefactors of the leadership of supervisors Administration was generally found at the high level, and the Lacal development at NongchumpolNeau Sub-district Administrative Organization in KhaoYoi District Phetchaburi Province was generally found at the high level.

2. People’sindividual factors on age education income and occupation has different attitude in Lacal development at NongchumpolNeau Sub-district Administrative Organization in KhaoYoi District Phetchaburi Province as significant statistics according to assumption.

1. 3. The factors of charisma, Intellectual Stimulation,Vision Projecting,Individualized Orientation, and Inspirational were related theLacal development at significance level.
