One notable development is the emergence of what is called "generative AI." The key characteristic of this type of AI is its ability to automatically generate various content, including text, images, audio, video, and human-like responses. This capability has led to the application of generative AI in various fields, such as data analysis, computer programming, media design, music composition, and education. Despite its diverse applications, there are limitations to the practical use of generative AI.</p> <p>This article aims to explore and explain the concept of generative AI, providing examples of popular models like ChatGPT and Gemini. It discusses the benefits of using generative AI in education and outlines the challenges and constraints associated with its application in practical scenarios. Meanwhile, secondary school administrators must take the lead in setting the school's vision regarding the library; being a good role model, and creating an atmosphere in the school to achieve the vision; systematic decision making; setting goals by involving librarians; and the goals must be clear, reasonable, and appropriate to the time, and can be practiced; management for a school librarian, and must encourage librarians to increase their professional skills, have a good attitude and personality towards library work; supporting the provision of adequate information resources to meet needs both traditional and digital information resources; assigning storage and arrangement for access to information resources both inside and outside the library; and managing locations and environments in line with learning management to develop skills in the 21<sup>st</sup> century. The research tool used was a Likert's rating scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. </p> <p>The research findings revealed that the level of expectations towards data tracking, monitoring, and performance evaluation of Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University is generally low. However, the overall perception of the quality of data tracking, monitoring, and evaluation services provided by Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University is high. The research methodology was participatory action research, A target group was purposively selected and consented to participate in the research project. There are 2 target groups participating in the operation: 1) community leaders, village scholars, villagers in Ban Non Khoi community, villagers in other communities and those affected by the COVID-19 crisis total of 100 people and 2) teachers and students as Wat Nong Phluang School, 63 people. A questionnaire was used to collect data and analyze the data with descriptive statistics.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The results of the results showed that the participants were satisfied with their participation in knowledge transfer activities. The research instruments were a questionnaire sample used in this study were 125 personnel of support staff at a university in nonthaburi province. The statistics used for data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, frequency, standard deviation. Test assumptions with T-test and F-test values, comparing pairs. and multiple regression analysis.</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The results of the study revealed that 1) job satisfaction among academic support staff at a university in Nonthaburi province is overall at a high level. 2) The overall performance of academic support staff at the university in Nonthaburi province is also at a high level. 3) The performance, categorized by personal factors such as gender, age, marital status, monthly income, and status, differs significantly. However, there is no significant difference in the performance of academic support staff at the university in Nonthaburi province based on these factors, with a significance level greater than 0.05. When considering specific aspects such as quality, quantity, time, and cost, except for education level and duration of employment, there are differences in performance among academic support staff at the university in Nonthaburi province, and these differences are statistically significant at a significance level less than 0.05 in terms of cost and quality. 4) Job satisfaction in terms of job success, working conditions, and advancement opportunities is statistically significant at 0.000* and 0.012*, both of which are less than 0.05. The research goal is to determine the elements of short courses in innovative entrepreneur, develop, design and implement short courses, and evaluate and test the effectiveness of short courses in cultivating college students' innovative entrepreneur abilities. The research subjects include 20 SRCI (Specialization, Refinement, Characteristic, Innovation) companies in Sichuan Province, 7 experts in curriculum development and innovative entrepreneur, and 40 junior students. Research methods such as literature method, interview method, consistency expert evaluation and survey method were adopted to conduct qualitative and quantitative research on short course setting and course effects. The research results show that the short course on innovative entrepreneur for college students contains 12 elements.
