The sample group consisted of 400 food distribution operators in Phetchaburi Province who have experience using environmentally friendly packaging. They were selected by using the accidental sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.94. The data was analyzed with statistics for percentage, mean, standard deviation, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis.</p> <p>The results of the study revealed that 1) The level of pro-environmental behavior, marketing strategies, and purchase environmentally friendly packaging by food entrepreneurs in Phetchaburi Province was at a high level. 2) Pro-environmental behavior affecting the decision to purchase environmentally friendly packaging by food entrepreneurs in Phetchaburi Province with statistical significance at 0.001. The samples were divided into 2 groups, Group 1 consists of 5 experts in website development, educational technology, information, religion, and culture, selected by purposive sampling and Group 2 used in the study of the website satisfaction: 396 people who were randomly selected. The research tools were the website of Wat Mahathat Worawihan (Royal Monastery) website in Phetchaburi Province, a website efficiency evaluation form, and a user satisfaction evaluation form. Data was collected through online questionnaires. Statistics used for data analysis include frequency distribution, mean, and standard deviation.</p> <p>The results showed that 1) The website developed using the ADDIE Model's 5-step process successfully met its objectives and is practical. The website design adheres to fundamental principles, comprising three essential components: Website Header, Body Content, and Website Footer, with content proportionally distributed for effective web design. The use of purple and yellow colors, traditional to the temple, and the Prompt font style contribute to a modern, readable, and consistent appearance throughout the site. It supports display across various devices through Responsive Web design. 2) Overall, the website performs at a high level. Efficiency in supporting multiple devices is rated the highest, followed by the content and navigation system. 3) Users express high satisfaction overall, with the website is high level. To address these issues, a comprehensive blended teaching model for college English reading course based on Unipus is developed including nine key elements: teaching objective, teaching content, teaching method, teaching process, teaching environment, teaching resources, teaching activities, teaching evaluation, teaching time allocation.</p> <p> This study uses literature method, interview method, survey method and other methods to investigate, develop, implement and evaluate blended teaching Model for College English Reading Course based on Unipus. The results show that the blended teaching model based on unipus has realized the complementary advantages of online learning and traditional classroom teaching, and has obvious advantages in improving teaching effectiveness and cultivating students' independent learning ability. The research tools included: (1) the information system for competency assessment, (2) a system efficiency evaluation form by experts, and (3) a user satisfaction evaluation form. The statistics used in this research were mean and standard deviation. The results of the development of the information system for competency assessment, as evaluated by experts, indicated that the overall quality was good, with an average score of 4.40 and a standard deviation of 0.72. Additionally, the study of user satisfaction revealed that the overall satisfaction level was very high, with an average score of 4.57 and a standard deviation of 0.73. The sample groups were 1) 9 experts who assessed the appropriateness, and 2) 60 students who were the participants. shown the satisfaction. The instruments were 1) the Application of Phra Suthon Manorah, 2) the assessment form, 3) the satisfaction assessment form. The sample comprises 21 Chinese experts with a background in early childhood education. Structured questionnaires were used for interviews. Statistical data analysis included median and quartile statistics.</p> <p>Research showed problems in current kindergarten teaching and training, including training needs, content, methods and tools, strategies, organization, and evaluation. The developed KTT model is influenced by 36 factors, such as: Training needs in professional knowledge and skills, teaching resources and tools, updating teaching methods and strategies, personal development needs, social needs, individual differences, and feedback comments; Training content of early childhood education theory, special education needs, children’s mental health and behavior management, professional competence enhancement, principles of early childhood education, multicultural education; Training strategies in participatory training, progressive training, targeted course design, incentive mechanisms diversified, training formats, peer support and sharing, training organization: plans and goals, incentive mechanism, learning activities, financial support, management mechanism, resource construction; Training evaluation in assessment content, training effectiveness evaluation, formative assessment, participation assessment, ongoing monitoring evaluation, and satisfaction evaluation; Training methods and tools in practical teaching, assistive technology, practice activities and observation classes, training manuals and materials, group discussions and collaboration, learning communities, and discussion platforms. The proposed KTT model was anonymously accepted by experts as highly practical and feasible. The model was implemented and evaluated through experimental comparison with a control group. Then, the use of the model is recommended for kindergarten teacher training. The study yielded 50 valid samples from 153 populations. In the process of questionnaire distribution, some questionnaires may not have been answered. To ensure the accuracy of the sample, we selected more than 15% of the total which includes large, medium, and small enterprises for the interview and questionnaire survey for the ability requirements of fashion design professional fashion designers. The interviewees in this interview are from enterprise HR in Zhejiang, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Hunan, Guizhou, Fujian, and other provinces. They must have the following qualifications: they need to have work experience in the garment industry, more than three years of working experience in human resource management, and strong professional ability. This application provides the guidance on basic knowledge on Alzheimer's disease, the Health care methods to prevent Alzheimer, a self-assessment tools and also the brain training games to prevent or delay the onset of Alzheimer's disease. The developer has followed the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in progressing with the development of the application. Visual Studio Code, the Dart programming language, and the Flutter Framework are employed as development tools for the application. Testing of the application involves the use of the Black Box Testing technique, along with a 5-level Rating Scale questionnaire. Within the analysis, statistical tools like arithmetic mean and standard deviation are employed. A significant change is the transition from traditional systems to digital technology that has become the primary tools currently. This makes self-management for the digital transformation extremely important for those entering the new workforce, particularly Gen Z. Even the existing groups; Gen X and Gen Z remain in the workforce. The interaction between Gen X, Gen Y and Gen Z is challenging in the workforce. The various ages and work styles can tend to be misunderstandings and obstacles. This article aims to extract life lessons from Romance of the Three kingdoms (Sam Kok), a timeless classic Chinese novel to pursue the human nature insight. To apply these principles to Gen Z’s self-management, will develop critical thinking skills and strategies for survival in the workplace.
