This application provides the guidance on basic knowledge on Alzheimer's disease, the Health care methods to prevent Alzheimer, a self-assessment tools and also the brain training games to prevent or delay the onset of Alzheimer's disease. The developer has followed the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in progressing with the development of the application. Visual Studio Code, the Dart programming language, and the Flutter Framework are employed as development tools for the application. Testing of the application involves the use of the Black Box Testing technique, along with a 5-level Rating Scale questionnaire. Within the analysis, statistical tools like arithmetic mean and standard deviation are employed. The samples were divided into 2 groups, Group 1 consists of 5 experts in website development, educational technology, information, religion, and culture, selected by purposive sampling and Group 2 used in the study of the website satisfaction: 396 people who were randomly selected. The research tools were the website of Wat Mahathat Worawihan (Royal Monastery) website in Phetchaburi Province, a website efficiency evaluation form, and a user satisfaction evaluation form. Data was collected through online questionnaires. Statistics used for data analysis include frequency distribution, mean, and standard deviation.</p> <p>The results showed that 1) The website developed using the ADDIE Model's 5-step process successfully met its objectives and is practical. The website design adheres to fundamental principles, comprising three essential components: Website Header, Body Content, and Website Footer, with content proportionally distributed for effective web design. The use of purple and yellow colors, traditional to the temple, and the Prompt font style contribute to a modern, readable, and consistent appearance throughout the site. It supports display across various devices through Responsive Web design. 2) Overall, the website performs at a high level. Efficiency in supporting multiple devices is rated the highest, followed by the content and navigation system. 3) Users express high satisfaction overall, with the website is high level. The research tools included: (1) the information system for competency assessment, (2) a system efficiency evaluation form by experts, and (3) a user satisfaction evaluation form. The statistics used in this research were mean and standard deviation. The results of the development of the information system for competency assessment, as evaluated by experts, indicated that the overall quality was good, with an average score of 4.40 and a standard deviation of 0.72. Additionally, the study of user satisfaction revealed that the overall satisfaction level was very high, with an average score of 4.57 and a standard deviation of 0.73.
