กระบวนการละครและการเรียนรู้ด้วยการบริการสังคม เพื่อเสริมสร้างการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ ตลอดชีวิตของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน โดยใช้แนวคิดการละครเพื่อการเรียนรู้และการเรียนรู้ด้วยการบริการสังคม ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods Research) ด้วยการวิจัยจากเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกคณาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ด้วยการเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จนได้คุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการเรียนรู้ด้วยการบริการสังคมและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการละครเพื่อการเรียนรู้โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจงเช่นกัน จนได้แนวทางการใช้การเรียนรู้ด้วยการบริการสังคมและการละครเพื่อการเรียนรู้ และการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการกับนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน จำนวน 6 คน จากการรับหาอาสาสมัครนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน มีเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วม โดยสร้างเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) โดยใช้ Willcoxon t-test ในการแปรผลและ แบบการบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่มประกอบกันเพื่อแสดงให้เห็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้ให้ข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคุณลักษณะ การเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน คือ ผู้ที่อยู่ในสังคมแห่งความแตกต่างหลากหลายได้อย่างดี ผู้มีโลกทัศน์ ผู้จัดการชีวิตในหลายมิติ ผู้เรียนรู้แบบนำตนเอง ผู้นำทางความคิดและการเปลี่ยนแปลง และผู้เข้าใจวิถีของการเรียนรู้ โดยแนวทางการใช้การละครและการเรียนรู้ด้วยการบริการสังคมนั้นต้องใช้กระบวนการละคร และการเรียนรู้นี้ประกอบด้วย 5 ขั้นตอนหลัก ได้แก่ (1) การติดตั้งเครื่องมือการเรียนรู้และการละคร (2) การลงพื้นที่ชุมชนเพื่อสำรวจความต้องการ (3) การสร้างสรรค์ละครจากปัญหาที่พบในชุมชน (4) การจัดการแสดงละครเพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ร่วมกัน และ (5) การสรุปและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้จากการสร้างสรรค์ละคร ส่วนการประเมินผลจากการใช้กระบวนการละครและการเรียนรู้ด้วยการบริการสังคมพบว่า นักศึกษาเกิดคุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนทุกประการ
