บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลในการตัดสินใจใช้บริการเครื่องเกี่ยวนวดข้าวและความพึงพอใจการให้บริการเครื่องเกี่ยวนวดข้าว ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าวจังหวัดนครพนม ที่เคยใช้บริการธุรกิจเครื่องเกี่ยวนวดข้าวเก็บเกี่ยวข้าวนาปี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เกษตรกรที่มีประสบการณ์การใช้บริการธุรกิจเครื่องเกี่ยวนวดข้าว 2 ปีขึ้นไปและอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 25 ปี ใน 12 อำเภอ ของจังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 120 ตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่คณะผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นโดยการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแหล่งความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องและการสัมภาษณ์บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งประกอบด้วยข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่มีต่อการตัดสินใจ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจและข้อคิดเห็นเพิ่มเติม ผลการประเมินคุณภาพแบบสอบถามมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) ที่ 0.96 และ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่ 0.89 รวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างและใช้สถิติพื้นฐานวิเคราะห์ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่มีผลในการตัดสินใจใช้บริการเครื่องเกี่ยวนวดข้าว ด้านเหตุผลหลักในการตัดสินใจการใช้บริการธุรกิจเครื่องเกี่ยวนวดข้าว คือ การขาดแคลนแรงงาน ( = 4.43) ด้านเหตุผลหลักในการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้ให้บริการ คือ เลือกใช้บริการเครื่องเกี่ยวนวดข้าวของเครือญาติ คนรู้จัก ( = 3.94) และด้านเหตุผลหลักความจำยอมในการใช้บริการเครื่องเกี่ยวนวดข้าว คือ การผิดสัญญาในลำดับการให้บริการ (การจัดคิว) ( = 3.58) 2) ความพึงพอใจการให้บริการเครื่องเกี่ยวนวดข้าว โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก ( = 3.69) ส่วนรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านคุณภาพและปริมาณของเมล็ดข้าวที่เก็บเกี่ยวอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจปานกลาง ( = 3.40) ด้านวิธีการปฏิบัติและการบริการก่อนและหลังการเก็บเกี่ยวอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก ( = 3.81) ด้านกิจกรรมสนับสนุนอื่นๆ ที่ดีสำหรับงานเก็บเกี่ยว โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก ( = 3.93) และความช่วยเหลือจากรัฐบาลในโครงการปรับปรุงคุณภาพข้าวอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก ( = 3.63)
