การสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอนฐานสมรรถนะ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอนฐานสมรรถนะ ศึกษาองค์ความรู้ที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของผู้เรียนและจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอนฐานสมรรถนะ วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยใช้การวิจัยเอกสาร กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ รายงานวิจัยในประเทศที่ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาฐานสมรรถนะ เผยแพร่ในปี พ.ศ.2555-2565 เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบประเมินคุณภาพงานวิจัย แบบบันทึกข้อมูลคุณลักษณะงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ แบบบันทึกคุณลักษณะงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ สังเคราะห์งานวิจัยทั้งการสังเคราะห์ งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอนฐานสมรรถนะได้แก่ 1. ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะเฉพาะ/วิชาชีพ 2. ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการ 3. ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะหลัก 2) องค์ความรู้ทีใช้ในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของผู้เรียน ได้แก่ 1. การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะและ 2. การเรียนการสอนฐานสมรรถนะ 3) ข้อเสนอแนะที่เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอนฐานสมรรถนะ ดังนี้ 1. ควรให้ความสำคัญกับการประเมินเพื่อพัฒนามากกว่าการประเมินเพื่อตัดสิน 2. ควรศึกษาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการควบคู่ไปสมรรถนะอื่นๆ และควรมีการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะหลักเพิ่มเติม ประโยชน์ที่รับจากการวิจัย ทราบปัจจัย องค์ความรู้ และข้อเสนอแนะที่ส่งผลต่อ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอนฐานสมรรถนะ
