So that business organizations which are a unit of the global society can continue, Leaders of business organizations have to adapt to prepare for the changing situations of the new era world and effectively lead the organization towards its goals. Seven leadership for the management of business organizations in the new era world qualities consist of 1) morality and ethics, 2) motivational, 3) visionary, 4) courage to make decisions, dare to think, speak, and act, 5) Communications skills, 6) achieve goals, and 7) build relationships. good to the team They also need to be knowledgeable about technology and information in various communications, as well as the skills to connect with diverse and different people in society as well. These features result in the smooth management of various organizations and are ready to face social conditions or changing contexts. as well as various threats that occur unexpectedly.
