Abstract

This research was purposed to study the level of engagement of personnel and presenting the ways employee engagement creation in the Faculty of Management Sciences, Ayutthaya Rajabhat University. The research was quantitative research. The research consisted of 64 samplings Faculty of Management Science personnel Civil servants university employees Government employees permanent employees and contract staff. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, average and standard fraction.The research found that the level of organizational engagement of personnel in the Faculty of Management Science Ayutthaya Rajabhat University overall at the highest level (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.02,S.D.=0.493) Willingness to use utmost effort in working for the organization (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.26, S.D.=0.496) The least average is Confidence and acceptance of the organization's goals and values (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.66, S.D.=0.615) Suggestion for ways to create employee engagement in the Faculty of Management Science, Manager should give confidence to personnel that the organization is reliable and stable. Supervise teamwork and good relations with colleagues, assignment create and solve problems together, including inspiring work for personnel in the promotion of new knowledge that is consistent with the work.
