Abstract

2019 is a year that has changed rapidly so everyone needs to cope with ongoing challenges.  In the learning world of the 21st century, the changes are considered not only in learning styles of learners but also in teaching styles in which instructors are required to develop their skills to keep up with those changes and fast changing learners.  In an educational reform in the digital age, the focus should be on improving learner achievement in order to create Thai people 4.0 together with the reform of both education and the country in respond to the 20-year National Strategy Plan and Thailand 4.0 Policy. The new concept of educational management should be reinvented by applying creative innovations and new knowledge base to add value into it in accordance with changes in the digital world in the era of disruption.
