The Cutting Edge of Human Resource Management

Abstract

This article aims to study human resource quality, a key factor for the achievement of organizational goals.  Human resource management is responsible for recruiting qualified candidates and selecting those who best fit the requirements of the organization.  According to the eighth National Economic and Social Development Plan, the development of human potential was its main objective.  To achieve this objective, an appropriate population structure and distribution, learning processes and mind development had been considered for the development of human resource quality and efficiency in the production processes as well as the ability to adapt to economic and social changes.
