Customer Satisfaction on Service Quality at Big Bear Gym, Muang Phayao District, Phayao Province

The objectives of the research were to study: 1) general information of customers at Big Bear Gym, Phayao Province; and 2) customer satisfaction on service quality at Big Bear Gym, Phayao Province. The sample consisted of 290 customers of Big Bear Gym, Phayao Province. The instrument used to collect data was a 5-point-scale questionnaire. The statistical tools used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The findings were as follows: 1) Most of the respondents were male customers with bachelor’s degree education and a monthly income between 5,000 and 7,000 baht. 2) Overall, the customer satisfaction on service quality at Big Bear Gym, Phayao Province was a a high level, sorted from highest to lowest as follows: tangible services, customer centric, responding to customer needs, service certainty and service reliability.
