Human Resources Management of Labor Consultancy in Saraburi Province

The purpose of this research was to 1) compare the motivation factors of employees classified by personal factors; 2) compare human resource management classified by personal factors and 3) study the relationship between motivation factors in work and human resource management. The samples used in the research were 358 employees working in the labor consulting firm in the cement industry in Saraburi province. acquired by accidental sampling the instrument used in the research was a questionnaire with a rating scale of 5 levels with the reliability of the questionnaire equal to 0.96. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. T-test and one-way analysis of variance perform a double test with LSD. and Pearson's correlation coefficient by setting the significant level at .05.
The results showed that 1) Employees with work experience total income per month, job position and working time different factors have motivations to work overall different with statistical significance at the level of .05; 2) Staff with work experience total income per month, job positions and working hours differ. have opinions on human resource management overall different with statistical significance at the level of .05; and 3) Motivations factors for overall work relating to human resource management of labor consulting business in Saraburi Province at a high level with statistical significance at .01 level.
