Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) to investigate motivation on employee performance of the Sub-district Administration Organizations in Pamok District, Angthong ; and 2) to compare levels of motivation on employee performance in there as classified by personal factors, The subject are 147 employees of Sub-district Administration Organizations in Pamok District, Angthong. The instrument used for the study is a five-point-scale questionnaire with the reliability at .89. The statistical tools used for data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test with the statistically signify cant level specified at .05.

The results indicate that; 1) the motivation on employee performance of the Sub-district Administration Organizations in Pamok District, Angthong, as whole is at a hight level, rank from highest to lowest as follows : relationship with colleagues, work environment, recognition, relationship with the commander, equality in agencies, performance compensation and career progress ; 2) differences in gender, age and income do not affect the level of motivation on employee performance of the Sub-district Administration Organizations in Pamok District, Angthong while differences in education, duration of work and caree positions affect the levels of such motivation significantly affect the levels of such participation.
