Abstract

This article focuses on the study of innovative leadership in order to create a competitive advantage of the organization in the 21st century. The potential of leaders creates the main mechanism for the strategy of organizational development Influence and affects the ability to compete in the situation that changes both internally and externally. Organizational leaders must change themselves from traditional organizational leaders to the innovative leadership strategy to achieve business’s competitive advantage in the 21st century which means sustainability in the context of business progress and economic results. Income of a progressive organization and the context of the ability to control the interests and personnel of the organization can achieve results in all aspects. Entrepreneurs, as leaders of modern organizations, must be leaders in technological innovation and have innovative leadership to become a leader of a revolutionary organization in order to create innovative ideas with elements based on theoretical leadership and strategic leadership. Innovative leadership creates innovative ideas and the ability to manage innovation and create an innovation culture within the organization lining up with the rapid change in the age of technology in order to be able to transcend through competition to achieve sustainable business success and to be able to further expansion the trade in products and the organization's sustainability.
