Stress Management and Related Factors of Work Life Quality Management

This article aims to present the ways to manage stress for a better quality of life and happiness at work emphasizing the importance of the quality of work life and the concepts of the important components for quality of life. The important components and relevant factors of having a good quality of working life should be based on two-factor theories; theory of motivation and the one of sustainability. The stress affects the body anxiety and the psychological behavior. The practices for reducing stress consist of contracting and relaxing exercises, breathing, meditation, and using silence techniques. The control of work stress consists of exercises, enough rest, discussions with people close to you, knowing how to change thoughts, thinking of good things and practicing stress relief techniques.
