การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานและการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังด้วยกลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อของบริษัทก่อสร้างในประเทศไทย

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับกลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อ การจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง และประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทก่อสร้างในประเทศไทย และ 2) อิทธิพลทางตรงและอิทธิพลทางอ้อมของกลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อต่อการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง และประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทก่อสร้างในประเทศไทย การวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยแบบเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ บริษัทก่อสร้างในประเทศไทย จำนวน 200 บริษัท ผู้วิจัยใช้โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลวิเคราะห์ความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน มีระดับความคิดเห็นมากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็น กลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อ และการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง ตามลำดับ 2) กลยุทธ์จัดซื้อมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานและการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง การจัดการสินค้าคงคลังมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน และกลยุทธ์การจัดซื้อมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน โดยมีอิทธิพลส่งผ่านการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะในการนำผลวิจัยไปใช้งานในแต่ละด้านนั้น ควรมีวัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมายของการจัดซื้อ หรือขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานที่ชัดเจน และมีการจัดทำคู่มือ ข้อระเบียบกฎเกณฑ์ให้เป็นแนวปฏิบัติเดียวกัน ส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม เพื่อที่จะได้ลดขั้นตอนในการทำงาน จะทำให้งานมีประสิทธิภาพ ประสบความสำเร็จและส่งมอบตรงเวลา
