ปัจจัยด้านหัวข้อ เพศ และบทบาทในการสนทนากับการใช้คำตอบขั้นต่ำในภาษาไทย

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาปัจจัยด้านหัวข้อเรื่อง เพศ และบทบาทในการสนทนา ที่มีผลต่อการใช้คำตอบขั้นต่ำในภาษาไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี อายุ 19-21 ปี รวม 20 คน แบ่งเป็นคู่เพศชาย-ชาย 5 คู่ และเพศหญิง-หญิง 5 คู่ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลแต่ละคู่รับชมคลิปวิดีโอ 2 คลิป (หัวข้อทั่วไปและหัวข้อระทึกขวัญ) จากนั้นทำการเล่าเรื่องให้ผู้ฟังและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสิ่งที่ได้ชม ผลการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติจากจำนวนการปรากฏของคำตอบขั้นต่ำทั้งหมด 199 ครั้ง ในช่วงการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นพบว่าความแตกต่างของจำนวนครั้งระหว่างหัวข้อทั้งสองมีค่าความใกล้เคียงนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = 0.05) ขณะที่ความแตกต่างของจำนวนครั้งระหว่างคู่สนทนาต่างเพศ และระหว่างบทบาทผู้สนทนาต่างบทบาท ไม่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในด้านรูปแบบการใช้ พบว่าคำตอบขั้นต่ำที่ใช้บ่อยที่สุดคือ “อืม” และ “ใช่” และสามารถจำแนกหน้าที่ของคำตอบขั้นต่ำได้ 7 ประการ ได้แก่ การแสดงการรับรู้และความเข้าใจ การแสดงอารมณ์ความรู้สึก การแสดงการเห็นด้วย การซ้ำความ การยืนยันข้อมูล การเติมเต็มถ้อยความของคู่สนทนา และการสรุปความหรือการตีความ ผลที่แสดงว่าทั้งสามปัจจัยไม่ส่งผลให้เกิดความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญของจำนวนการใช้คำตอบขั้นต่ำในภาษาไทย สะท้อนว่าความถี่ในการใช้คำตอบขั้นต่ำของกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคงที่ และสามารถถือเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญของการสนทนาในภาษาไทย
