การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบภาษาท่องเที่ยวในเว็บไซต์ท่องเที่ยวของไทยกับสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะและหน้าที่ในการสื่อสารของภาษาท่องเที่ยวและเปรียบเทียบลักษณะภาษาที่ใช้ในเว็บไซต์ท่องเที่ยวของประเทศไทยและสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ข้อมูลภาษาไทยเก็บรวบรวมจากบทความในเว็บไซต์ www.chillpainai.com ในภาษาไทย ข้อมูลภาษาจีนเก็บรวบรวมจากเว็บไซต์ ctrip.com ในภาษาจีน ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2564 ถึง พ.ศ. 2565 รวมทั้งสิ้น 400 ตัวบท โดยใช้แนวทางการวิเคราะห์ภาษาท่องเที่ยวของ Dann (1996) และ Durán-Muñoz (2012) วิธีการวิเคราะห์แบ่งเป็น 2 มิติ ได้แก่ มิติภาษาด้านการใช้ศัพท์ ด้านวากยสัมพันธ์ ด้านการใช้เครื่องหมายและสัญรูป และมิติด้านหน้าที่ของภาษาท่องเที่ยว จากนั้นจึงเปรียบเทียบความเหมือนและความต่างระหว่างภาษาท่องเที่ยวของไทยและของจีน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาษาท่องเที่ยวของไทยและจีนมีลักษณะเด่นทั้งด้านการใช้ศัพท์ ประโยค และการใช้เครื่องหมายและสัญรูป มีทั้งที่เหมือนและแตกต่างกัน ในแง่หน้าที่ของภาษาท่องเที่ยว พบว่าเว็บไซต์ท่องเที่ยวไทยเน้นหน้าที่เชิงปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ส่งสารกับผู้รับสาร ส่วนของจีนเน้นหน้าที่เชิงบทกวีที่สื่อความคิดที่ลึกซึ้ง
