孔敬府小学教育服务区一区学校中文教学现状调查研究

บทคัดย่อ

本研究旨在调查泰国小学教育服务区的中文教学现状, 以孔敬府小学教育服务区一区的学校为研究对象。我们综合运用问卷调查法和田野调查法, 深入研究学校基本情况、师资、课程设置、学生学习中文情况、教材使用、教师培训、教学设施和管理情况等8个方面。研究结果表明: 该学区内不同规模的学校条件差异较大, 师资短缺, 课程设置亟待改进, 学生学习中文动力不足, 缺乏统一的课程大纲, 中文教师培训不完善, 教学设施和管理有待提高。在此基础上, 我们建议强化师资力量, 提高教师待遇; 编制统一的大纲, 优化课程设置; 加强宣传引导, 激发学习兴趣; 开发本土教材, 提供多样化选择; 多元化教师培训, 提高教师教学水平; 完善教学管理, 改善教学设施等, 以促进泰国小学中文教育的全面提升和发展。
