บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแง่คิดและแนวทางในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการทางภาษาของทารกและเด็กเล็ก คณะผู้เขียนได้รวบรวมข้อมูลจากงานวิจัยในแวดวงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาษาศาสตร์จิตวิทยาและกุมารเวชศาสตร์เพื่อใช้ในการอธิบายประเด็นหลัก คือ 1) ลำดับพัฒนาการทางภาษาของทารกและเด็กเล็ก และ 2) ประเด็นคำถามเกี่ยวกับพัฒนาการทางภาษาของทารกและเด็กเล็กในด้านต่าง ๆ ที่รวมถึงด้านระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสมในการดูหน้าจอ (screen time) สภาพแวดล้อมทางเสียงที่เหมาะสม และการสื่อสารและภาษาที่ควรใช้ คณะผู้เขียนหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าบทความนี้จะมีส่วนช่วยให้ผู้ปกครองได้รับทราบข้อมูลทางวิชาการที่เข้าใจง่าย และนำไปเป็นแนวทางส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านการเรียนรู้ภาษาของทารกและเด็กเล็กต่อไป
