BENEFITS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN PUBLIC AFFAIRS MANAGEMENT OF THAILAND

This academic article aims to examine the role artificial intelligence plays in managing public affairs in Thailand. The study found that Thailand has used some artificial intelligence in government agencies. But it's still just the beginning. Many countries use artificial intelligence to replace humans in various tasks like a real human which will benefit the operation of the country's administrative affairs in terms of speed automation ease of access to information Accuracy of information for decision-making of national executives whether it is business, industry, management, production, military, etc., as well as using artificial intelligence to modernize public affairs, quickly create convenience and solve large complex data public problems. People can have more access to government information. Government agencies can provide services regardless of time and place. At the same time, it guarantees transparency, reduces corruption, ensures the accuracy and security of the data processed. It also creates opportunities to increase new economic growth areas, especially in the digital economy. Therefore, Thai government should have an agency that is agile in management to create, and develop artificial intelligence to be used in various public activities. In order to increase the productivity of the country and efficiency in public affairs management processes. This will result in creating wealth for the country's gross national product to increase continuously and stably.
