Abstract

Research titled “Leader Characteristics’ Governor of The Sports Authority of Thailand” aims to review and comparison of BangkokThonburi University athletic the leader characteristics’ Governor of The Sports Authority of Thailand, classified by age, education status, tenure athletes, shooter genre and suggestions. The samples used in the research were the athletes of BangkokThonburi University by 400 people sampling quota (Quota Random Sampling) and simplified (Simple Random Sampling) used in the study was a questionnaire scale. The statistics about the five levels used in this study include frequency (Frequency) percentage (Percentage) Average (Mean), standard deviation (Standard Deviation) hypothesis testing by comparison, the t-test statistical significance level. .05 The study was found that : The athletes of BangkokThonburi University overall is moderate. The comparison of athletes of Bangkok Thonburi University by tenure status of different athletes and found that overall the opinions vary significantly statistical level. .05 The suggestions of BangkokThonburi University athletes for “Leader Characteristics’ Governor of The Sports Authority of Thailand” was supposed to lead the pace with a changing world, should put their trust associates at all levels. There should be a clearly defined vision, should work openly examined, should democracy to work within the organization, should participants expressed their opinions openly, should treat colleagues with sincerity, religion should be based on performance, it should act as a role model to colleagues that there should be justice in command, should create incentives for workers to work, and should create a pretty solid team work.
