The objectives of this research were 1) to study the present Problems and needs of the Classroom Action Research of Teachers in Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area 1 2) to develop a model of Classroom Action Research of the Teachers in Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area 1.
Methodology was conducted in 3 steps: Step 1, to create a model of the current conditions. Problems and Needs School administrators and teacher from the target 315 people. educational theory and related research. And interviews with experts on 9 people. Step 2, to determine the Model by focus group discussion with the experts’ 9 people and improve the model to be appropriate. Step 3, verification form by a public hearing. The target, which is Supervisors Teachers and school administrators, 30 people were selected by simple random. The instrument
was a questionnaire about the five-level statistics used were mean, percentage and standard deviation.
The findings of the research were as follows:
- The Supervision Model for Classroom Action Research operation of Teachers in Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area 1, consisting of one 5 main components : 1) Principle 2) objective, 3) substantially 4) contains the procedure for supervision 5) factors. This pattern is consistent All elements ( = 6.4 , IOC= 0.70) and are suitable for all elements at a high level
- The possibility of bringing of The Supervision Model for The Enhancement in Classroom Action Research of Teachers in Khonkaen Primary Educational Service Area 1, into practice, Overall implementation of all elements. There is a possibility at a high level
